Count Caddy Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange a Count Caddy, please contact us with your order number and details about the Caddy you would like to exchange. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed from there. Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receiving it and on the basis of damages. No refunds will be granted at this time, but we will happily and swiftly replace your Count Caddy if damage has occurred during shipping.
